At Stella & Dot, we want you to love your new style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible fashion and jewelry items. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
